Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role is pivotal in coaching staff, managing schedules, and upholding brand standards across daily store activities.

You will report to the Store Manager and collaborate with teams to ensure seamless operations, high merchandise standards, and a welcoming shopping environment for our customers in Memphis.

Qualifications

• Ability to drive sales while controlling loss.
• Strong interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty when Store Manager is absent.
• Lead and mentor store associates through training programs and daily tasks.
• Schedule and staff the store to cover peak periods and ensure service levels.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new team members.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and visual standards in-store.
