Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operations results in retail.
• Prior management experience in a retail setting.
• Strong customer-first focus with ability to coach and motivate staff.
• Availability to work peak days, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce performance expectations and goals.
• Lead as Manager on Duty and address customer experience or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to support action plans and execution.
• Implement floorset direction and bring the product story to life.
• Meet payroll targets with proper store coverage.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Train, coach and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
• Maintain safety standards and store appearance.
