Lids Sports Group seeks an Assistant Store Manager to join our Austin stores. You will lead daily operations, train team members, and deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales and upholding brand standards.

As the heart of the store, you’ll manage scheduling, inventory, and merchandising, ensure a positive, inclusive environment, and enforce policies to maintain a superior shopping experience for our customers and fans of licensed products.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales while maintaining store standards.
• Experience leading a small team in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling and customer issues.
• Lead and train store associates to meet KPIs and standards.
