Kay Jewelers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations and drive sales with strong customer service. You will help train and develop team members, recruit staff, and uphold company policies while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

This role requires at least one year of retail experience, familiarity with POS systems, and flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends.

Competenze

• At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners; using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on sales and profit projections.
• Develop team members' skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation.
