Job summary

Kay Jewelers is looking for a dynamic Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit targets while maintaining exceptional customer service. You will help develop product knowledge, coach team members, and recruit staff, contributing to an atmosphere of integrity, diversity and teamwork.

You should have at least one year of retail experience, knowledge of POS terminals, and the ability to work days, nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail experience required (1+ year), preferably in jewelry or specialty retail.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners; basic computer software/hardware.
• Ability to interpret various written, oral, diagram, and schedule instructions.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit projections.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and develop knowledge of products among team members.
• Recruit and select team members; enforce company policies and procedures.
• Support operational and strategic duties as needed by the Store Manager.
