You will help manage staff, train team members, and ensure adherence to company policies while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

The role requires retail experience, knowledge of POS systems and scanners, and the ability to interpret various instructions.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably in jewelry or specialty retail.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners; basic computer software/hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and teamwork; develop staff through training and evaluation.
• Recruitment and selection of team members; enforce company policies and procedures; perform other duties as needed.
