Kay Jewelers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit targets while upholding customer satisfaction and store standards. You will help train and evaluate team members, recruit staff, and ensure adherence to company policies.

The role requires at least one year of retail experience, comfort with POS systems, and flexibility to work days, nights and weekends in a dynamic jewelry retail environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.
