Kay Jewelers is looking for a dynamic Assistant Store Manager to positively impact sales, service and team performance. You will support the Store Manager in achieving goals, developing staff through training on products and procedures, and ensuring a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on standards and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction through training and evaluation.
• Recruitment and selection of team members and enforcing company policies.
