Kay Jewelers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in meeting daily sales and profit targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will mentor team members, drive product knowledge, and contribute to a high-energy, results-driven store culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in jewelry or specialty retail.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners; comfortable with basic computer software/hardware.
• Ability to interpret schedules and instructions; flexible to work days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit targets.
• Foster an environment of total customer satisfaction through coaching and training of team members.
• Develop product knowledge and skills of team through ongoing training and evaluation.
• Participate in recruiting and selection of store staff.
• Enforce company policies and procedures and support operational and strategic initiatives.
