The position requires customer-focused leadership, integrity, and ability to work days, nights, and weekends in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in achieving sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction and strong service standards.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation; recruit and select team members.
• Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures and perform other operational duties.
