Lids Sports Group in Saint Augustine, FL is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach associates, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, maintain visual standards, and ensure accuracy in all cash handling and procedures.

You will oversee staffing, training, and scheduling, support inventory control, and foster an inclusive, high-energy team focused on the fan experience.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead store associates and act as Manager on duty when Store Manager is unavailable.
• Drive sales through effective selling strategies and exceptional customer service.
• Maintain visual standards, merchandising, and store cleanliness.
• Oversee cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and loss prevention measures.
• Coordinate staffing and training to ensure seamless store operations.
