Dollar Tree seeks an Assistant Store Manager to help run store operations, customer service, and team development in Austintown, Ohio.

You will assist with daily store functions, organize merchandise, coordinate payroll and scheduling, supervise associates, and uphold safety and company policies while delivering friendly service. This role emphasizes operational efficiency and leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address any questions or concerns they may have.
• Help organize merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain promotional effectiveness of store fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, payroll/scheduling, and cash handling.
