This role involves assisting with daily store tasks, organizing merchandise, supervising associates, and ensuring a safe, friendly shopping environment. You will participate in opening/closing procedures, uphold policies, and contribute to loss prevention while maintaining high standards for cleanliness and presentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives (e.g., merchandise schematics) is required.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform physical tasks as part of daily store operations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Assist in organizing and transferring merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
