Dollar Tree seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service and team development. You will assist with daily activities, help customers, and maintain stockroom and sales floor organization, including opening/closing duties.

The role emphasizes people development, merchandising upkeep, policy compliance and loss prevention. A fast-paced retail environment requires strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain store fixtures, displays and promotional effectiveness.
