Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help with store operations, customer service and team development. The role involves assisting with daily store activities, organizing merchandise, and ensuring a clean, safe environment for customers and staff.

You will help supervise and train Store Associates, handle directives, and maintain promotional displays while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to read and explain directives.
• Retail store management experience preferred in retail/grocery/drug store.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize merchandise and maintain seasonal areas on the floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
