Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, customer service, and team development. You will help supervise associates, execute directives, and ensure a well-stocked, clean, and inviting sales floor.

In this role you’ll partner with the Store Manager to train staff, maintain store standards, and uphold safety and loss prevention measures while delivering a positive shopping experience to customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required/beneficial.
• Store management experience preferred in retail or grocery environments.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Provide customer assistance in a positive, approachable manner.
• Help organize, transfer merchandise between delivery, stockroom, and sales floor.
• Support opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
