Dollar Tree, Inc. seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development at our Sharon Hill location. The role helps supervise associates, handle daily tasks, and ensure a welcoming, safe shopping environment for guests.

Responsibilities include merchandise flow, opening/closing, adherence to directives, and maintaining stockrooms and displays. Prior store leadership is preferred; this is a part-time opportunity with growth potential in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail or grocery is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Move merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Follow corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain fixtures, displays, and promotional effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged items, payroll/scheduling, and cash handling.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.
• Protect store assets, including cash, and follow safety procedures.
• Support Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing associates.
