FirstCash in Texas is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead our team and drive store performance. You will coach employees, build customer relationships, and develop leadership skills while managing daily operations with the Store Manager.

You will oversee service quality, inventory, and merchandising, and participate in hiring and training to ensure store profitability. The role includes commission-based bonuses and benefits, with schedules typical of retail locations.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and serve as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to meet company standards.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
• Help drive store sales, profitability, and performance goals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support asset protection initiatives.
• Open and close the store, including cash handling and operational procedures.
• Monitor loan and buying transactions to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain attractive merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Analyze performance metrics and support the achievement of business objectives.
• Build product knowledge across a wide variety of merchandise categories.
