Job summary

StorQuest Self Storage is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily site operations and guest experiences when the Store Manager is unavailable. This role may be full-time or part-time and may involve supporting multiple locations to ensure smooth operations.

You will manage rentals, accept payments, sell merchandise and insurance, handle delinquency follow-up, supervise cash handling, and uphold cleanliness and security standards while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Customer Service/Sales
• Cash handling experience required
• Available on weekends
• Passionate about guest service and sales
• Strong team player with a positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Assist guests during challenging times and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Manage rental process including converting a sale, taking payments, selling merchandise and offering insurance.
• Support Store Manager and maintain daily operations across sites.
• Inspect stores, maintain cleanliness, and perform minor maintenance as needed.
• Process cash, balance receipts, and post payments accurately.
