Qualifications

• Experience in retail or convenience store operations.
• Must be 21+ years old; eligible for Food Safety Certification.
• Open availability including weekends and holidays.
• Strong English and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Run the register efficiently and assist customers.
• Coach and motivate team for upselling.
• Hire, train, and lead store team.
• Cover as acting manager when needed.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
• Create and manage team schedules.
• Handle daily cash deposits.
• Ensure clean and welcoming store environment.
