GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to energize and run our convenience store across all shifts. You will support the Store Manager, supervise a team, manage cash handling, and ensure top-notch customer service.

You’ll lead scheduling, training, inventory, and merchandising while stepping in as acting manager when needed. A valid driver's license, food safety certification, and open weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+.
• Must have or obtain Food Safety Certification.
• Open availability including weekends and holidays.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products.
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Act as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits.
• Provide leadership feedback to motivate the team.
