GPM Investments, LLC operates a high-energy convenience store and is seeking an Assistant Manager to maintain smooth operations across shifts. You will support the Store Manager, ensure fast, friendly service, and lead a team to meet performance goals.

Open availability, weekends and holidays are required. You will handle cash, scheduling, inventory, and store upkeep while upholding safety and guest satisfaction, with growth opportunities into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Open Availability: weekends, holidays, and second/third shifts.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Physical readiness for cleaning, stocking, and exterior upkeep.
• Minimum age 18+ is required.
• Proficient English communication and basic math.
• Willingness to learn and grow in retail leadership.
• Certification: Food Safety Certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when needed.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits; oversee store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team.
