GPM Investments, LLC presents an Assistant Manager role at Store 4592 in a fast-paced convenience setting. You will support the Store Manager, run registers, and lead a team focused on customer service and sales growth.

The position requires open weekend/holiday availability and willingness to work second or third shifts. A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and food-safety certification (or ability to obtain) are preferred.

Qualifications

• Open Availability: weekends and holidays, and likely second or third shifts.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license, access to a personal vehicle, and proof of insurance to complete bank deposits.
• Physical readiness for cleaning restrooms and maintaining outside areas like pumps.
• Minimum age requirement: 21+ years old.
• Proficient in English with basic math skills.
• Willing to learn.
• Certification: Food Safety Certification (or ability to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing customer-service team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms and fuel pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and store deposits.
