Crosby’s is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will support the Team Leader, supervise associates, manage scheduling, and drive store profitability while maintaining food safety and brand standards.

You’ll oversee customer experience, maintain cleanliness, and help with payroll processing and cash handling. This role offers growth within a local brand committed to community and quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Serve Safe preferred.
• Able to work at least 40 hours/week, including weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
