Job summary

Crosby’s is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily operations and deliver exceptional customer service while supporting the Team Leader. You will supervise team members, maintain standards, and drive store success, with a shift differential for night hours.

Responsibilities include staff coaching, scheduling, inventory oversight, and ensuring compliance with food safety and company policies. This at-will role offers growth within a local brand.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work at least 40 hours/week, including weekends.
• Serve Safe certification preferred.
• Proficient in basic math for cash handling and reports.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional service to every customer.
• Prepare fresh food and made-to-order items following Crosby’s standards.
• Promote My Crosby’s Rewards enrollment.
• Drive sales through upselling and add-on recommendations.
• Oversee daily operations with Team Leader when not present.
• Train and coach store associates; assist with scheduling.
