Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Completion of high school or equivalent required with development potential for a manager role.
• Flexible to support store operations and staffing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and retaining store employees.
• Support in developing the team for optimal sales and store operations.
• Educate the team about products and promotions.
• Ensure smooth store operations including inventory, scheduling, and expenses.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries/complaints.
• Open and close the store; work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
