This role involves managing employees, ensuring excellent customer service, and helping enhance store performance. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, capable of working flexible hours, and willing to engage in staff development.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years or older.
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays.
• Flexible to work 12-hour shifts at times.
• Standing for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and selecting store employees.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints.
• Manage all store operations daily including inventory and cash handling.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to the Store Manager.
• Open and close the store.
