Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and customer service skills.

• Ability to manage inventory, scheduling, and banking procedures.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, select and retain top talent.
• Motivate, coach, develop, lead, and train store employees.
• Develop team selling skills to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Manage all store operations daily, including inventory, cash handling, staffing, and deposits.
• Communicate priorities and sales driving information to maximize opportunities.
