You will assist in recruiting, coaching, and scheduling, ensure store compliance, train team on product knowledge, and uphold a welcoming environment while achieving financial targets.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service skills and effective communication.

• Experience in store operations or retail preferred.
• Clear sunset of high school education or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and retaining store employees.
