Wild Bills Tobacco Staffing LLC in Harrison Charter Township, MI is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support Store Manager, lead a small team, and deliver excellent customer service while driving sales.

This development role prepares you for a future Store Manager position; expect full-time hours, evenings, weekends and holidays, plus involvement in inventory, scheduling, promotions, and staff coaching to maintain a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 21+ and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible to work 12 hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and retaining store employees.
• Assist in managing and developing store employees for optimal performance in sales and store operations.
• Assist in educating the team about the products sold in store.
• Ensure that the store operates smoothly and efficiently, including managing inventory, monitoring expenses, executing promotional strategies and scheduling.
