Wild Bill's Tobacco is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee daily operations, staff leadership, inventory control, and customer service at one of our locations. The role emphasizes driving sales, maintaining a high standard of service, and ensuring profitability.

The ideal candidate has retail management experience, is able to work over 40 hours weekly, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and can manage tasks from scheduling to banking and loss prevention while promoting company

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent completed.
• 1–2 years of previous store/retail management experience.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts when required.
• Standing for long periods; ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, select and retain staff.
• Motivate, coach, develop, lead, and train employees.
• Develop product knowledge and drive team selling skills.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and store performance targets.
• Oversee daily store operations: inventory, cash handling, scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Monitor performance and implement productivity improvements.
• Communicate priorities and drive customer service and operations.
