Qualifications

• Bilingual ability in Spanish or other languages is encouraged.
• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification are required.
• Certified Parts Professional Certification and ASE Certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and drive company programs.
• Assist in staffing during peak hours and manage scheduling.
• Involve in interviewing and hiring processes to select qualified team members.
• Ensure all returns, exchanges and payments are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Perform opening/closing duties, secure money and monitor store security.
