Job summary

CCF Family of Brands in Nashville, TN is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to lead sales initiatives and manage daily store operations. You will support customers with financial services, supervise staff, and drive performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role offers an hourly wage of $16.00 with extensive training, leadership development, and opportunities to advance across the brand portfolio nationwide. The position requires full-time in-person presence, including weekends.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year’s experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).
• Background check required.
• The ability to meet the physical demands of this position.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and accurately process loan/pawn applications.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and build new business.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes, including collection calls.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy.
• Provide coaching to Customer Service Representatives to ensure quality standards.
• Perform on-site store duties, including vehicle appraisals and store errands.
• Work to meet company performance standards by leveraging partnerships and hosting in-store events.
• Maintain store security protocols and opening/closing procedures, including vault and cash drawer.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and laws and conduct store audits and reports.
• Monitor store appearance and address facility needs.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Attend leadership directions and maintain a full-time weekend schedule.
