Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in customer service, sales, or retail.
• 3+ months of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use phones, POS, Microsoft Office, and related systems.
• Must be at least 18 (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle.
• Background check as required.
• Able to meet physical demands, including standing and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering tailored financial services.
• Assess risk and process loan, pawn, check cashing and related products.
• Perform daily call campaigns to market services and build business.
• Oversee account management and recovery while prioritizing customer service.
• Maintain POS data accuracy and store records.
• Coach Customer Service Representatives to meet quality standards.
• Handle on-site tasks like store visits, marketing, and security procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and laws.
