StorQuest - a William Warren Group property - is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in California. You will be the first-line representative in the store, overseeing daily operations, handling rentals, processing payments, selling merchandise and insurance, and assisting customers with truck rentals when needed.

This role supports store and property management across sites and may be full or part-time. We prize guest service, teamwork, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Customer Service or Sales
• Cash handling experience required
• Weekend availability is required
• Positive, guest-focused attitude and sales mindset
• Team-oriented with strong work ethic
• Tech savvy considered a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage rental process from start to finish: conversions, payments, upselling merchandise and insurance
• Assist customers with truck rentals at select locations
• Help collect past-due accounts and balance receipts
• Maintain accurate cash handling and daily deposits
• Keep stores clean, inspect daily operations, and coordinate with vendors for maintenance
• Provide exceptional guest experiences and promote StorQuest/WWP services
