Chico's FAS, Inc. in Bridgewater, MA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving a customer- and product-focused sales culture. You will oversee store operations, payroll, inventory, and training while maximizing profitability and ensuring an outstanding client experience.

As a key part of the team, you will lead by example, coach associates, and help maintain visual standards and compliance with company policies across all store activities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written skills.
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
• Proven excellent customer service skills with a track record in sales and leadership.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, training and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a customer and product-focused sales culture and drives profitability.
• Manages payroll, schedules, and daily store operations.
• Ensures loss prevention and policy compliance; trains associates accordingly.
• Oversees inventory receipt/dispatch, replenishment, and physical inventories.
• Maintains visual presentation and store facilities to Brand standards.
• Trains and coaches team on product knowledge and selling techniques.
