Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Minimum 3 years prior retail or sales management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written skills.
• Able to travel to stores throughout the district.
• Regular attendance is essential; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepares weekly schedules to ensure floor coverage and payroll accuracy.
• Promotes customer service by greeting and assisting customers.
• Supervises associates in sales, inventory, and cash handling tasks.
• Models sales techniques and communicates product knowledge to customers.
• Maintains a visually appealing store with merchandising standards.
• Trains associates on visual merchandising and store operations.
• Manages cash handling, price changes, and merchandise handling per policy.
• Oversees inventory receipt/dispatch, replenishment, and physical inventories.
• Ensures store operations comply with laws and loss prevention policies.
• Participates in recruiting, hiring and coaching of store staff.
