Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store crew supervisor in Burnsville to lead daily operations, coach crew on delivering WOW customer service, and execute opening/closing procedures. You will manage front-end merchandising, maintain brand standards, and partner with the store manager to recruit, train, and develop staff.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Leads assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals.
• Oversees front-end operations and merchandising to brand standards; ensures equipment is functional and staff are trained.
• Handles opening/closing procedures, store cleanliness, and recovery to keep the store ready for customers.
• Performs store manager duties in the absence of the manager; recruits, trains, and coaches crew members.
• Collaborates with store leadership on merchandising procedures and stockroom management.
• Maintains stockroom and store areas, including housekeeping and safety tasks.
