Five Below is seeking a store leader for our Burnsville, MN location to coach a retail team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will supervise front-end operations, assist with merchandising, and ensure the store runs smoothly and safely.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 2 years of management experience, and strong communication skills. You will open/close, train crew, and support recruitment while maintaining a fast, friendly checkout environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Wows customers through personal interaction and great service.
• Trains crew on BEST customer experience and fast, friendly checkout.
• Leads store to achieve customer service goals with District Manager guidance.
• Oversees front-end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards.
• Ensures front-end equipment is functional and staff are trained.
