Läderach is seeking a Deputy (Assistant) Store Manager in East Rutherford, NJ. You will assist in supervising staff, deliver excellent customer service, and support the Store Manager and Regional Manager to meet store quotas.

Ideal candidates have retail leadership experience, strong customer service skills, and flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays. The role includes training and ensuring product merchandising accuracy in a fast-paced chocolate retail environment.

Qualificações

• At least one year of retail experience with increasing responsibility.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365, data entry, spreadsheets, and POS.

Responsabilidades

• Lead outstanding in-store customer experience and motivate staff to deliver top-notch service.
• Oversee product sales, register duties, shelf care, gift packaging and order fulfillment.
• Ensure accurate merchandising and compliance with food safety protocols.
• Schedule shifts and coordinate store meetings/events.
• Assist Store Manager with inventory and loss prevention.
