Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use during workday.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications, check cashing, and ancillary products.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and build new business.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with focus on customer service.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy.
• Provide coaching and development to Customer Service Representatives.
• Perform duties outside office, including on-site vehicle appraisals and store errands.
• Meet performance standards by leveraging partnerships and hosting in-store/community events.
• Maintain store security and conduct opening/closing procedures, including vault and cash drawer.
