Titlemax in Warner Robins, GA seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support customers with financial services and lead daily store operations. You’ll drive account management, outreach, and risk assessment while developing leadership skills and advancing within the Company.

The role emphasizes in-person attendance, cross-brand opportunities, and a robust training program designed to build confidence and promote internal growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• - Minimum one year’s experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• - At least 3 months of supervisory or leadership experience.
• - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• - Proficiency with phones, POS system, Microsoft Office and other computer systems.
• - Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• - Valid driver’s license and vehicle to use during workday.
• - Background check required to comply with law.
• - Must meet physical demands (standing up to 90%, lift up to 25 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit needs.
• - Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications and related transactions.
• - Conduct daily call campaigns to market services and build business.
• - Oversee account management and recovery processes while focusing on customer service.
• - Maintain customer information in POS with accuracy.
• - Coach and develop Customer Service Representatives as needed.
• - Perform on-site tasks such as vehicle appraisals and external marketing.
• - Pursue referrals and participate in in-store and community events to drive growth.
• - Maintain store security, vault and cash drawer handling.
• - Ensure compliance with Company policies and laws; conduct audits and prepare reports.
• - Maintain store appearance and handle facility needs.
• - Work in fast-paced environment; manage multiple tasks effectively.
• - Complete additional tasks as directed by leadership.
• - Maintain full-time, in-person attendance including weekends (40 hrs/wk min).
