Job summary

Journeys is seeking motivated retail staff to support Store Managers and training programs aimed at developing future Co-Managers. You will contribute to a fast-paced, teen-oriented environment with a focus on customer engagement, teamwork, and achieving sales goals.

The role involves coaching peers, handling daily operations, and supporting initiatives to maintain an energetic store culture. Training will pave the way for advancement and leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and Manager In Training with recruiting and hiring.
• Help train and develop a successful sales team.
• Provide feedback and coaching to employees while enforcing policies.
• Ensure company initiatives are implemented and aligned with direction.
• Recognize and develop talented staff for growth within the company.
• Supervise daily store operations and loss-prevention practices in manager's absence.
• Communicate store needs effectively to leadership and staff.
• Resolve customer issues and provide a full-service experience.
