Job summary

Journeys Branson is seeking a motivated retail leader to support the Store Manager and Manager In Training in recruiting, hiring, training, and guiding store staff to hit sales goals and protect assets. You will foster a supportive team culture and drive excellent customer experiences.

This role emphasizes coaching, daily operations, and adherence to company policies, with opportunities for growth within Journeys’ promotional track and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• Able to work 45 hours per week.
• Night and weekend shifts.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals.
• Assist in recruiting and hiring of in-store personnel.
• Train and develop a successful sales team.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and enforce company policies.
• Supervise store operations in Manager in Training’s absence.
• Supervise loss prevention practices in Manager in Training’s absence.
• Resolve customer issues effectively and provide a full-service experience.
• Demonstrate Journeys culture and values to the team.
