Qualifications

• Open availability to work weekends, holidays, and second/third shifts.
• Valid driver’s license, access to a personal vehicle, and proof of insurance.
• Must be 21 years or older and able to perform physical tasks.
• Food Safety Certification required or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register with speed, accuracy, and a positive attitude.
• Coach and motivate the team to upsell products and promotions.
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Act as manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to stay stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store and fueling areas.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Process daily cash handling, deposits, and financials oversight.
• Provide leadership to drive excellent performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
