Job summary

GPM Investments, Village Pantry, seeks a friendly Cashier/Sales Associate in Kokomo to greet customers, operate the register, and maintain a clean store.

You will handle lotto, alcohol sales with age checks, upsell items, stock shelves, and keep pumps and restrooms tidy. Part-time, 2nd and 3rd shifts, weekends required; training provided.

This role offers weekly pay, flexible schedules, and opportunities to advance; a pre-employment screen applies.

Qualifications

• Age 21+, weekends/holidays availability, flexible for shifts.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and operate the register with accuracy and speed.
• Handle lottery, cigarettes and alcohol sales with age verification.
• Upsell products to increase sales.
• Keep store clean and safe inside and out; clean restrooms, pumps, and lot.
• Stock shelves and displays; maintain organization and merchandise.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed; follow safety procedures.
• Be a team player and support store operations.
