GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for Store 5529 in Centerville, IN. The role supports the Store Manager, runs the register, assists customers, and leads a team during second or third shifts with weekend and holiday availability.

You'll manage inventory, cash handling, scheduling, and coaching staff to deliver fast, friendly service. The position offers weekly pay, a $1000 sign-on bonus after 6 months, benefits, and growth opportunities within our Village Pantry network.

Qualifications

• Open availability for weekends, holidays, and second/third shifts.
• Proficient English communication with basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
• Maintain a clean store including restrooms and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits; oversee store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team.
