Responsibilities

• Managing other Associates: assign/monitor duties, coach The Hi Five Guest Experience, train Shift Leaders and Guest Services Associates.
• Store Administration: ordering, weekly delivery reports review, product transfers, paperwork per Store Manager/District Supervisor.
• Overall Guest Services: deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience; greet Guests warmly, ensure readiness and anticipate needs.
