Dollar Tree is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Laredo to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with daily activities, organize merchandise, and help manage the floor and stockroom with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties as needed.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives related to store activities.
• Maintain promotional fixtures, displays, and overall storefront appeal.
• Assist in ordering, processing damaged merchandise, and loss prevention.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.
• Protect and secure store assets, including cash.
• Adhere to safety policies and ensure staff compliance.
• Help Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Keep store clean, restocked, and presentable; manage bathrooms and floors.
