Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development in our Laredo, TX location. You will assist with daily store functions, organize merchandise, and help train Store Associates while ensuring a safe, friendly shopping environment.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, payroll and scheduling support, loss prevention, and maintaining clean, well-stocked areas in accordance with company policies.

Competenze

• Ability to read and interpret operational directives.
• Store management experience in retail/grocery/drug store preferred.

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner.
• Assist in organizing merchandise from delivery to stockroom to floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Protect and secure all company assets, including store cash.
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked store areas.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Handle payroll, scheduling, and cash deposits.
